Our Story
From Humble Beginnings
Beach Ventures of the High Country LLC roots run deep in Watauga County. Our great great grandparents manufactured the very bricks that King Street was built by. Jeremy's earliest memories are of fetching tools for his father and learning to read by a tape measure. Roots are important to us. We strive to build homes that will become fixtures in our community for decades to come.
